While we have had a presence at many HD events in the last year, we are very excited to announce an upcoming event that will be hosted by Tammy's son, Trae Carroll. Trae is a junior at Edgewood High School (just West of Bloomington). The Tammy Laird Carroll Memorial Team Hope Walk for Huntington's Disease will take place on May 19th at McCormick's Creek State Park at the Redbud Shelter. The park entrance fee will be waived for those attending the event. Check-in will start at 9am, the walk will begin at 10am. The course for the family, fun walk is approximately 1.5miles on paved trail 8. Walk more or less if you wish! In addition to the walk the event will feature a silent auction and raffle, as well as music and food! |
